This is pretty self-explanatory stuff, but I want to make sure it's said and unambiguously clear.
In most cases, the art seen accompanying my stories is not my own work. In those cases, I'll specify who the artist is and provide a link.
The characters I write about are oftentimes (though not always) not my own. Likewise, I'll give credit where it's due. Generally, if the characters are owned by friends and/or peers of mine (like Akane's Super Goddess Series), I'll have gotten permission to write about them before you ever see it here. But in the case of something like Idolmaster or Love Live, I'm less able to contact them and ask if I can write about their characters. I kinda don't have Bandai Namco or Sunrise on speed dial. In those cases, what I'm writing is fanfiction. The legality of same is a bit of a murky subject, but sites like Archive of Our Own exist and are filled with the stuff.
Moreover, every work within this site is fictional. The sorts of things I'm into are generally (though not exclusively) difficult or impossible to achieve in real life. For one, human eyes can't glow, especially not at the intensity I describe them. (Actually, humans are bioluminescent, but to such a small degree that it requires extremely sensitive cameras to percieve. The glow is said to be one thousand times dimmer than the human eye can pick up, hence the common sense answer being "no, humans can't glow".)
All characters I write about (or at least all who engage in sexual activity) are over the age of 18. The sexual activity is preceded by affirmative consent, meaning both parties are informed of and accept potential risks of injury, are of sound mind (i.e. not intoxicated or tired or what have you), and most obviously can and do meaningfully consent (i.e. they're old enough to legally consent). BDSM communities use the motto "safe, sane, and consensual" or variations thereof to convey the same general idea. Non-consensual (noncon) or dubious (dubcon) consent aren't really my cup of tea, so I don't anticipate writing about them.
